It includes some questions at the end to assist with your reflection process, you will also see I have also listed the questions below the video as this may be more user friendly for some people.

Reflective questions

Growth Mindset - How has your mindset been over the last four months? Have you been more focused on a growth mindset and being open to feedback and open to change? Or have you been more fixed in your thinking and in your attitude towards change and growth at work and other areas?

Perspective - How have you been seeing things? How did you see the break? How are you seeing 2020. How are you framing up the big challenges or situations you've got coming up in your life at the moment?

Response to the beeps - I'm sure over the last few four months, not everything's gone to plan. So how have you responded to those beeps along the way and how have you been at eliminating his attention and committing and leaning into things and showing some courage?

Taking extreme ownership - How have you been with this? Have you been below the line or above the line? Have you been making excuses for things or are there goals that you hit in 2019 that upon reflection you're like, “you know what, I didn't get there perhaps because I made too many excuses or I didn't take enough ownership over that?” Are you making the choice to be up above the line and really taking charge of this year?

Making deposits - How about this emotional deposits and the old trust bank account? Have you made more deposits this year than you have taken withdrawals? This includes colleagues, managers, friends, family ultimately everyone you have a relationship with. How are you going this year with making those positive deposits?

Influence - How has your influence been? Have you been making a conscious effort to have positive influence on those people that you spend time with? Remember we are the average of the five people that we spend the most time with. So not only are we having influence over others, but we're also being influenced by others. So, have you been making a conscious effort tot surround yourself with those people who have a really positive influence over you?
